Welcome to CasaViva - Cozy Family Trilo in Genoa Nervi, a spacious and bright newly renovated apartment, full of personality, ideal for families or groups of friends up to 6 people. Located just 5 minutes from the sea, this three-room apartment offers a double room with a private balcony, a room with two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed and smart TV. The large fully equipped kitchen has a dining area with access to a second balcony, perfect for enjoying the Ligurian sun. The modern bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a washing machine for maximum comfort during your stay.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in each room, plus fast Wi-Fi and a desk in the large entrance for those who need a work area. In addition, for families with young children, we offer a baby box and a high chair.
The apartment is regularly registered and compliant with applicable regulations.

The owners and hosts thought of every detail! The decor, the pillows, the beautiful kitchen... Everything was lovely. Apartment is very spacious and charming. It's about 20 minutes outside of central Genoa, and very close to the regional train station.

L’appartamento è bellissimo, molto grande, luminoso, arredato con gusto e ricco di particolari che lo rendono elegante ed accogliente. Non manca veramente nulla e la pulizia era perfetta. La posizione è molto comoda vicino ad un supermercato e alla strada principale dove si può parcheggiare senza costi. Molto comodo anche per usare i mezzi: la fermata dei bus è sotto casa e la stazione ferroviaria a 10 - 15 minuti a piedi.
