Central Flat with parking in Santa M.

Excellent location and comfortable apartment, with parking included too. We enjoyed our stay! Parking arrangement was also quite convenient - I was able to park my rental car in a secure underground garage about 3 minutes away on foot, for no additional charge, and was allowed to keep the car there for a few more hours after check-out. Main thing that was surprising was that the air conditioning was only in the living room, not in the main bedroom. Although when I stayed it was quite cool in the evening, so I didn't need the AC.

The apartment is in a privileged location, just a few steps' walk from everything important to do, eat and see in Santa Margherita. It could be a little cleaner overall, but nothing serious. We had a good time here.

The apartment is located right in the city center, with the beach just across the road. There is a grocery store and several restaurants nearby, so everything you need is within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the third floor and is also accessible by elevator. It is air-conditioned, which is especially important in August when it can get very hot. Portofino is only 5 km away, and the walk along the coast offers beautiful views. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. She gave us lots of useful information about good restaurants, bus connections, and other things to see and do in the area. There is also an underground parking garage near the apartment. However, it is not suitable for larger vehicles such as station wagons or vans. The train station is also very close by. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment. And the beds were very comfortable.

The accommodation is ideally located, close to everything. That's its big selling point, along with the parking space. Otherwise the place is ordinary: there is just one old air conditioner in the living room, which can't cool the apartment at night.

Apartment just right for 4 people. Two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette. The kitchen has everything needed if you want to cook. Ideal location, 2 minutes from the beach. Garage not far from the apartment: if you arrive with a large car, it may just squeeze in.

The air conditioning doesn't work well, the filter is completely dirty. There is only one air conditioner, in the kitchen, for the whole apartment, so the bedrooms are a bit hot. Fans had been set up. In the children's room there is no bunk bed as in the photo, but two separate beds. That's not a problem, but the photo shows something different. The bathroom also has no washing machine, even though it appears in the photo, so don't count on doing laundry. The most annoying thing, however, is check-out and searching for the key box, which is not next to the apartment door but a few streets away. I don't understand what the problem would be for the owners to let guests simply leave the keys inside the flat and go, instead of having to look for a little box around town. Even though you get a map, it is tiresome.

Very central location. Communication with the host was good and always on time. The parking space is very close.

The basic equipment is there, but rather sparse. Noisy cistern that keeps trickling for a long time. For the rather high price, the details should be right.

Having to go so far to fetch the keys; they should be in the same place as the accommodation.

Great communication with the host. Right next to the beach in the perfect location for restaurants. A little loud at night but nothing too bad. A perfect place to stay if you want to be near portofino, only a one hour walk away following the coast with the most gorgeous views.
